In the past I have done wrong in exaggerating and lying about some of my stories, military merits and grade. If I could un-do it, I would.

I was on the top, surfing on my success, thinking I was unstoppable. Then I hit the wall. I should have seen it coming, but I was caught up in the whirlwind. What I have learned is that the only way forward is truth, trust and transparency. I agreed to do an interview in December 2016 to speak out. 2017 has been the toughest battle of my life. Living in fear of losing family and friends. Living with self-hatred and shame. Almost lost my motivation to work.

Thanks to my family, friends, team and customers, who were disappointed but never gave up on me, I have been able – even in the darkest moments – to top perform.

I still have very satisfied customers and clients. Sadly I also have a few, but very loud critics. I have learned to accept that.

I love my job, and inspiring others will always be my passion!
